Manufacturer or trading company? Where is the company located?
We are a direct factory manufacturer who owns production lines and workers, and everything is flexible. We are located in Shenzhen, China.
What is your minimum order quantity?
Normally our MOQ is 100pcs/style/design/color, but we are a factory and very willing to help each client, so basically it is very flexible.
Will your factory be able to produce clothing/hats with my designs and logo?
Yes, definitely! We offer OEM service to customize clothing/hats based on customers' specific requirements, like material, color, size, etc... Just let us know your idea of the clothing/hat design and then we can make the accordingly actual clothing/hat come out great！
Can I place a sample order before I place a bulk order?
Yes, we take sample orders, sample fees and lead time are based on your design and requirement.
Is the sample fee refundable if I place a bulk order?
Yes, the sample fee will be refunded if placing a bulk order of more than 500pcs/style/design/color.
What is your production time?
- Sample time: around 7-9 working days
- Mass production time: around 20-22 working days
- If your order is urgent, we can prioritize it for you.
What are your payment terms?
50% deposit before production, 50% balance before shipping.
How do you accept payment?
We accept Western Union and Telegraphic Transfer (T/T).
What Shipping method do you offer?
We ship via UPS, DHL, and FedEx upon request. If you have an established relationship with a forwarder or have your own Express account, you can opt to ship Collect. Both air and sea shipping are available for international orders.
